Eating Right During Your Pregnancy


You already know how important a balanced diet is, but it’s even more important when you’re pregnant. Remember, you’re eating for two now. Whatever you eat, the baby eats, too. In fact, the baby is eating your food, so you should eat enough for both of you. The healthier you eat, the better it is for the pregnancy and for you.

Never miss a meal during pregnancy, especially at breakfast. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and your baby has probably waited since he woke up in the middle of the night. You can learn that if you wait so long before eating, you will feel nauseous, it is your body that you say you eat. Do it!

Make sure you get enough of the food you need every day. A healthy pregnancy requires 4 to 6 portions of milk per day. This could be cheese, milk and yogurt. Food to avoid

Not all foods are safe during your pregnancy. There are a few things you should avoid:

Healthy eating doesn’t mean you have to leave out all the fun in your life, you can do something now and then. Go outside and get a frozen yogurt or smoothie.

Although you make sure you get enough to eat all day long, this does not mean that you are neglecting your fluid intake. From here, you need a lot of water and juice. The baby will thank you later.
